If you have purchased Setup2GO license, you are entitled to free technical support via email within a year. If you have not yet bought a license but are still evaluating the software, you can receive technical support for problems that prevent you from properly evaluating Setup2GO. |

When reporting problems, please specify your Windows version, the version of Setup2GO you are running, details about the problem, whether it is reproducible, how often it occurs, the error message you get, etc. Please also attach your project file (.s2g). The more information you provide, the easier it is to locate and solve the problem, and the faster we can serve you. Otherwise, we will have to ask you for more information. |

Have you lost your registration key and the email in which we sent you the key? Please send us an email to support@dev4pc.com with the subject "Setup2GO - Lost registration key". Please specify the User Name and the email address you used for the registration. |
